Emberline Properties is launching a real estate photography service line for agents and sellers on Cape Cod and the South Shore. It is the first revenue line in the company and it funds the acquisition program that follows.

What we will offer at launch

Listing photography. Bracketed-exposure interior and exterior stills, edited by hand, delivered MLS-ready.

Property video. Walkthrough and exterior video shot on site and edited in house. No AI-generated footage.

Aerial stills and video. Drone photography and short video of the property, lot lines, and surroundings, flown by an FAA Part 107 certificated remote pilot with airspace authorization checked for every address.

Planned after launch

3D tours. Matterport walkthroughs with floor plans and measurements are planned as an addition once the core services are running.

How booking will work

Every shoot will be booked, paid, and invoiced online through this site. Same-day availability for the close service area is planned as a paid add-on. Booking opens when the launch checklist is complete; there is no public date yet.
