Emberline Properties buys, builds, and operates short-term rentals. It's a New Hampshire limited liability company, formed in summer 2026, and a subsidiary of Santos Entities LLC. Through 2029, the company is building an operating portfolio of three to four rentals in New Hampshire's Lakes Region.
Emberline Camp is the flagship project: five cabins, a check-in lodge, hot tubs, and EV charging, purpose-built from a blank site in the Lakes Region, targeting a Memorial Day 2030 opening. Based in Manchester, New Hampshire and Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts.
