What we collect
The waitlist form asks for a first name and an email address. Like any Shopify-hosted site, the site also records standard device and usage information (browser, IP address, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies. If we ever sell anything here, checkout will collect billing details and payment is processed by Shopify Payments; we never see your full card number.
How we use it
Waitlist emails receive occasional updates on Emberline Properties and Emberline Camp: milestone updates as stages complete. Device and usage data keeps the site working and tells us which pages are read.
Advertising and your choices
This site may use measurement tags from Meta and LinkedIn and Shopify's own analytics. Depending on where you live, some of that activity may count as sharing personal information for targeted advertising under state privacy law, and you can opt out on the Your Privacy Choices page linked in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Your rights
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address below; the full policy describes how we verify and respond to requests.
