Emberline Properties LLC buys and holds property for its own account. The work runs in order: renovation projects first, short-term rentals after.

Renovation projects

Emberline is sourcing its first renovation project in New Hampshire and southeastern Massachusetts: houses that need work, bought directly from their owners, brought up to a standard a family would buy, and sold. Zoning, septic, permits, title, and recent closed sales in the area are checked before any price is discussed. Each project is announced to the list when it closes.

Short-term rentals

Homes in the White Mountains and Lakes Region that Emberline will own and run itself follow once the first projects close and their results are documented. Pricing, guest messages, and house standards stay with the company, not a manager. Town rental rules are checked before any purchase.

For owners

Selling a house or land in New Hampshire or southeastern Massachusetts directly, without listing it, starts with an email to hello@emberline.camp: the town, the property, and what you are hoping for. Emberline does not manage property for others and does not act as a broker or agent for others.

For guests

Nothing is bookable yet. The list hears first when a door opens.
